We receive over many applications every week and pour through each and every one to find the best available staff for our registered salons.

 

We invest a lot of resources into advertising - if they are out there, we will find them.

 

HOW DOES BOUTIQUE SCREEN CANDIDATES?

We screen and reference check each application and only select the quality staff who we are confident salons will happily employ.  We create a personal profile of each successful candidate and then upload their profile onto our website for registered salons to view. Once registered, you will receive an email alert advising you when we have added new staff in your city to keep you completely up-to-date at all times. 

 

WHEN CAN LOOK AT THE STAFF PROFILES?

As soon as you have completed the registration process through our website, you are taken immediately to the Search page. Here you simply select the position you are wanting to fill and any pages of available screened staff for that position will be available for you to look at instantly.

 

You will see an overview of each candidate (4 per page) that gives you general information about that candidate's training, experience and suburb. When you find someone you are interested in, you simply click on their candidate number and you will see their full page profile.

 

WHAT INFORMATION IS INCLUDED IN THE PROFILES?

We create a unique and personal profile of each successful candidate.  This profile will include a photo of them (if provided), their training history, their salon experience, their skill levels and abilities, the products they have worked with, their suburb, age, residency, transport used, any reference check results and our notes on how they presented at our interview. From here, you can select which staff you would like to interview.

 

HOW DO I CONTACT SOMEONE IF I WOULD LIKE TO INTERVIEW THEM?

At the bottom of each profile is a button called 'Request Contact'.  If you would like to contact any of our candidates, simply press this button and our website will immediately email you their name, mobile number and email address so you can contact them straight away if needed. Remember to let us know each time you employ staff so we can deactivate their profile.

 

HOW MUCH  DOES REGISTRATION COST?

We have a selection of packages available for salon registration as listed below, which depends on how many salons you own and the level of registration you are after. Even if you are only seeking staff for one of your salons, you still need to register based on how many you own altogether.

HOW DO I REGISTER MY BUSINESS?

Complete the Membership Registration details and follow the prompts.  You can pay your registration using Visa or MasterCard through Paypal which is a secure payment facility. After registration is complete, you will be taken straight to the Search page so you can start viewing and contacting staff immediately. As soon as we upload your profile to our website, salons will view your information within 24 hours and start contacting you to arrange an interview straight away if they are interested in meeting you.  It can be a very fast process. HOW DO I REGISTER FOR WORK?

Email us your resume and a recent photograph of yourself. From there,  we will arrange to have a chat with you to discuss your employment opportunities.  We then create a personal profile of you and upload this to our website along with your photograph. Registered salons will view your profile and if interested, will request your contact information so they can contact you to arrange an interview.
